# View the Workspace as a User > Review an active member’s permissions and Workspace view from Global Administration. # View the Workspace as a User The support view lets a Superadmin review the Workspace with an active member’s role, brands, and permissions. Access is logged and can be ended from the banner shown in the Workspace. # # Open the view 1. In Global Administration, open **Users & Access**. 2. Find the person and select **View as user**. 3. Confirm access. Telaruma opens the Workspace with that account’s permissions. 4. Review the screens you need. Actions you take run as that user and may change data. 5. When you finish, select **Return to Admin** in the support banner. # # Good practices - Use the view to check permissions, visible brands, and assigned tasks. - Avoid saving changes while reviewing. Actions take place in the person’s Workspace. - End the view from the top banner to restore your Superadmin session.
