Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion

Email telaruma.com@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your Telaruma account email and, where applicable, the name of the social account, Page or profile you connected.

2. What we can delete

• Account and profile data associated with Telaruma.
• Credentials, identifiers and stored data from the authorized integration.
• Posts, metrics, files, comments and other content stored in Telaruma when covered by the request.

3. Disconnect Meta, Facebook or Instagram

You can also disconnect the integration from your workspace or revoke permission in Meta, Facebook or Instagram settings. Revoking permission prevents new synchronization; to delete data Telaruma already stored, send the email request as well.

4. Verification and timing

We may request additional information to verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized person. We will process the request within a reasonable period and confirm the result by email. We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect security or complete deletion from temporary backups.
