Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Telaruma handles personal data when you visit our website, use a workspace, or connect third-party services to manage content and social media.
Last updated: August 19, 20261. Scope and controller
Telaruma is a platform to plan, produce, approve, publish and measure social media content. This policy applies to the public website, Telaruma's hosted platform and integrations enabled inside the service.
2. Information we may process
- Account and profile information: name, email, role, language and preferences.
- Work content: briefs, scripts, copy, tasks, comments, approvals, files and reports created by users.
- Technical and security information: browser, sessions, audit logs and security events.
- Authorized integration information: social account identifiers, posts, metrics and other data needed for the feature you enabled.
3. How we use information
- Operate and secure the platform, create accounts and authenticate users.
- Organize content, approval flows, scheduling and reports for authorized teams.
- Connect and maintain integrations expressly authorized by the user.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and security incidents.
- Provide support, meet legal obligations and improve the service in aggregate form.
4. Social accounts and integrations
Telaruma accesses third-party services only after an authorized person connects the account through the provider's authorization flow. We request the minimum permissions necessary for enabled functions, such as publishing, scheduling, content management or metrics.
We do not sell personal data or data derived from social accounts. We do not use social-network member data to build prospect databases, recruiting workflows, ad targeting or external profiles.
You can disconnect an integration from the workspace or revoke access through the relevant provider. Once disconnected, Telaruma stops collecting new data from that connection.
5. Legal bases and sharing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with the customer, based on consent provided in an integration authorization, for legitimate interests in security and operation, or to comply with legal obligations.
We share information only when necessary to provide the service: with infrastructure, storage, communication or support providers under confidentiality obligations; with authorized members of your account; when required by law; or in a corporate transaction involving Telaruma.
6. Security and account isolation
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including role-based access controls, account isolation, encryption of integration credentials at rest, encryption in transit, audit logging and security-event monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain data while necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect security. Integration data is retained for the minimum period required for the authorized function and in accordance with the relevant provider's rules.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw consent when applicable. To exercise privacy rights, contact the account administrator or use the support channel identified in your contract, invoice or operating organization.
9. Cookies and changes
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect the application and analyze performance. We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes; we will post the updated version on this page with a new last-updated date.
