Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Telaruma, a platform for teams and agencies to plan, produce, approve, publish and measure content.

By creating an account, accessing or using Telaruma, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and ensure that invited people are authorized to use it for your organization.
2. Permitted use
You may use Telaruma to organize content, collaborate with your team, obtain approvals, connect authorized accounts and publish or measure content through available features. You must not use the service to violate laws, third-party rights, social-network rules, usage limits or security controls, or to access accounts or data without authorization.
3. Content and integrations
You retain your rights in the content you upload. You grant us only the authorization needed to host, process, display and publish it according to the features you enable. When you connect Meta, Facebook, Instagram or another provider, you confirm that you have authority to do so and also accept that provider's terms and policies. Telaruma is not owned, sponsored or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
4. Publishing and responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content, permissions, destination accounts, scheduling and compliance with applicable laws and policies before publishing. Automated features depend on each provider's availability, permissions, limits and responses; a publication may be delayed, rejected or fail for reasons outside Telaruma's control.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep Telaruma available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, improve, limit or remove features, and will communicate material changes when appropriate.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Applicable features, limits and prices are those shown when you select a plan or agreed with your organization. You may cancel according to your plan's options. We may suspend or close an account for a breach, security risk, legal requirement or non-payment, subject to applicable rights.
7. Privacy and data deletion
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. To disconnect an integration or request data deletion, follow our data deletion instructions. Deletion may be subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention or temporary backup retention requirements.
8. Ownership and limitation
Telaruma, its brands, software and proprietary materials belong to Telaruma or its licensors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Telaruma is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions or decisions made based on service content or metrics. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
