What is included in the Marketing profile?
It includes tools to plan, create, approve, schedule, and measure content for your brands. This profile does not include the CRM prospect pipeline.
How is pricing calculated?
USD 7 per social account per month. Standard posts have no per-post fee; X usage is billed separately.
Do I have to pay for video storage?
No. You can connect your own Google Drive (BYOS) to store your brands’ files. Large files remain in your Drive account.
Can I invite my team?
Plans that include team members let you invite collaborators and assign roles and brands to control what they can access.
What does Marketing with CRM add?
It combines content marketing tools with Telaruma Leads to track prospects, move opportunities through a pipeline, and convert them into clients and brands.
How do my clients approve content?
You can send a secure link to approve or request changes, or invite them to a client portal to review content and calendars for their assigned brands.

Can I invite my team and control their access?
Yes, depending on your plan. You can assign roles and brands so each collaborator only accesses the work they are authorized to see.

Does CRM ONLY include publishing and marketing tools?
No. This profile is designed to manage prospects, clients, and brands in the CRM. It does not include content planning or social publishing.
Do I need to connect social accounts or buy Social Slots?
No. CRM ONLY works without connecting social accounts or buying Social Slots. Pricing is shown per Workspace per month.
How do I choose the right plan?

In Argentina you can pay in pesos: the USD total is converted using the exchange rate recorded by Telaruma for the charge date. Review the amount, taxes and proration before paying. Charging is not enabled yet.
Agency, Team, White Label and Enterprise are separate Premium Business services. Social licenses do not include those services, credits or additional provider usage.
